4 Things Cause Failure Diet Program

Diet does not mean starve in order to get the ideal body weight. Unfortunately, diet is one of the model is still widely practiced general public. The result, more often messy diet or an illness.

The success marked diet ideal weight and healthy than before. Here are four basic diet mistakes that are still frequently performed.

1. Hunger
The conventional diet is not feasible anymore followed. In fact, if you do not get the nutrients intake, decreased energy levels and your metabolism will slow down. Metabolism is the process of changing food into energy. This pattern is followed by burning fat also slows down. Consequently burn fat fast and keep the body fat.

Proper diet requires eating more often. People who are dieting should eat 3-6 meals a day, consisting of three meals and three times a distraction mandatory. Obviously with a menu high in protein and low in carbohydrates.

Eating more frequently will prevent stomach feel hungry. Minimized hunger will keep us from eating large portions.  

2. No breakfast
When the body craves diet breakfast. This intake is important after fasting for eight hours the body during sleep. Breakfast is very important as a backup energy to move throughout the day. When no breakfast, the body will experience a catabolic effect. This effect is the process of solving the muscle sugar (glycogen) into energy. In effect, people who skip breakfast will feel fatigue, dizziness, and trouble concentrating.

3. No dinner
At bedtime, the body still needs food intake. But certainly not a high-carbohydrate foods. High intake of protein the body needs to be worked maximal growth hormone. This hormone helps the body repair itself by regenerating damaged cells. Dish rich in protein should be consumed 2-3 hours before bedtime. Even should consume foods rich in carbohydrates, try 4 hours before bedtime.  

4. Do not exercise
Diet and exercise is a complete package that can not be separated. Exercise will boost your metabolism and increase fat burning. Wasted fat will help your body achieve ideal weight. When not exercising the body stores unused calories. These calories into fat which can add weight. As a result, the dream of ideal body weight farther away from reality.
