5 Kinds of Diet that Makes Healthy

Diet is often the way to get the ideal weight, but that's not the only goal. Diet can also mean dietary modifications to obtain a normal blood pressure, keeping the mood, even better health.

The following 5 kinds of diet can banish sickness and make you more healthy :


1.Llow Glycemic Index Diet

This Diet is based on the idea that carbohydrates that trigger an increase in blood sugar levels quickly should be avoided. This Diet focuses on the "right" carbohydrates to keep blood sugar levels stay balanced.

Foods that have a low glycemic index include whole grain breads, oatmeal, brown rice, nuts. You can combine it with fruits and vegetables.

 2. Vegetarian Diet

Vegetarians often associated with cultural interests, religion and ecology, but actually being a vegetarian is also beneficial for health. According to the American Heart Association, some studies have shown that vegetarians have a lower risk for experiencing obesity, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

The vegetarian diet, though some still contain eggs and dairy products often contain saturated fats and cholesterol are a little more, and more complex carbohydrates, fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamins C and E, as well as carotenoids than the diet containing meat.  

3. The DASH Diet

DASH is an acronym of "dietary approaches to stop hypertension" or "diet that aims to overcome hypertension" is a diet that was developed by the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute to lower blood pressure.

This Diet emphasizes a balanced meal that is rich in fruit, vegetables, non-fat dairy products or low fat, whole wheat, fish, chicken, nuts and seeds. This Diet also contains less sodium, sugars, fats and red meat.

This Diet will quickly lower blood pressure, and advised to offset this diet pattern with regular exercise. A study showed that blood pressure would drop as much as sistol 16 points, and diastol as much as 10 points.

4. Diet Low in Gluten or Gluten-Free

Gluten is a type of protein found in the carbohydrate products such as wheat, rice. Diets that restrict or eliminate gluten is often needed for patients suffering from bowel disorders (celiac disease), in which the immune system response to gluten cause or damage to the small intestine.

This is what then inhibits the body to absorb important nutrients such as vitamins, calcium, protein, carbohydrates, and fats. This Diet requires that person to avoid any kind of bread, pasta, and cereal into their diet.  

5. Diet Ketogenik

Diet ketogenik is not a type of diet that is suitable for everyone. This type of diet is preferred for people who suffer from epilepsy (especially children) and unable to respond to the drug. This Diet contains the ratio of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins are very specific that is about 80 percent fat, 20 percent protein, and 5 percent carbohydrates.

The recommended foods in the diet are foods that contain lots of fat ice cream, bacon, egg, sausage, shrimp, tuna, mayonnaise and other foods that contain high fat and low carb. In addition this diet also avoiding foods that contain flour and simple sugars like fruits, vegetables, bread, pasta. According to the Mayo Clicic side effects of this diet is dehydration, lack of energy, and ease hunger.
